How do the 100 Trial Nights work?

The process is very easy:

1. Choose your new mattress: you can do it directly on our website or through telephone consultation by cell phone at 097 410 389 or at 2408 8978.
2. Coordinate the payment method and delivery date.
3. Receive the mattress, remove the original packaging, and start using it… it is yours!
4. If you like it, great! Now, if it is not what you expected, we will exchange it, and what is better, no questions asked.

The only thing we ask is that the mattress be in excellent condition, that you have the original packaging, and that you have used it for at least 60 nights. We will not charge anything for handling the process and there will be no hidden costs, you will only have to pay the shipping fee for the new delivery.

Why do we ask for 60 nights?

It is possible that when switching to a new mattress, your body may take a few days to adapt. Many times, we have been sleeping on mattresses that have been used for many years or that are worn out or in poor condition. When we move to resting on a new surface that creates a new sensation for us, it is possible that the body will take a few days to fully adapt. That is why we require a minimum of 60 trial nights in order to make the exchange effective.

Can I exchange it for any other model?

Yes! The idea is to help you find your ideal mattress, and for that, sometimes you have to try and exchange. If you decide that the mattress you selected is not the best one, you can choose another option from our entire catalog. If the price of the new model is higher than the original, you will only have to pay the difference, and if the price is lower, the difference will be credited to you so that you can use it for pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, or any other product in our catalog within 60 days.

When do the 100 Trial Nights begin?

The first night will be when you receive the mattress, it couldn't be any other way! Once the mattress is in your home, the 100 FREE Trial Nights will begin to count.

Do all products qualify for the promotion?

The 100 Trial Nights promotion applies to all mattresses and bed bases in our regular catalog and in conventional sizes: Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Extra King. Products from our outlet and mattresses and bed bases made in special sizes are excluded from this promotion, as well as all products that come rolled and in a box, pillows, protectors, sheet sets, and other accessories.
